Greetings from Iowa City, Iowa! Another long day of driving, though not as much as yesterday. Total is about 1150 miles so far. My tour guide (aka: husband) has found us a place near the University of Iowa campus and has planned an early morning run through campus before we hit the road for the final leg to Indianapolis. Tomorrow should be a piece of cake - only about 350 miles!
Must admit to no great revelations today and nothing leaping out at me about what to write. I guess some days will be like that - just like 'real life' is like that some days! Napped in the car when I wasn't driving and just really tired tonight so think I will make this short and go enjoy my bed and a good night's sleep! I promise to try to have something more exciting to write about tomorrow!
Also, for some reason the hotel computer is not letting me change my song of the day on their computer and I don't feel like paying the $9.95 they want to charge me to use my own, so you are stuck with Jack and Diane until tomorrow when I can change the song!
